1. I have the right to decline your commission if I know I can’t do a good work with the character.
2. Payment is due in two halves. I receive half before i start the Step 1, and the other after i start the Step 4. If your project don't have a concept, the payment gonna be made full upfront (We can discuss about it, if necessary)*
3. Payment is done through PayPal invoice using USD.
4. I will start the commission once the payment is done.
5. A rush fee will be charged for tight deadlines.
6. Once the commission has started, there is no refunds (Except for any problems caused by me)
7. Paypal taxes are not included in the price list, but will be included in the invoice.
8. I reserve the right to use my artwork for self-promotion and commercial usage (e.g. prints, exclusive online content), however, I do not claim the copyrights of the characters but to the artwork itself.
9. If you want a commission to be private (Not posted in my social medias), you'll have to pay extra 50% over your commission price.
10. If you want the commercial rights of the commission, you'll have to pay extra 100% over your commission price.* We can still discuss about it if necessary. Feel free to DM me in any social media.
- Commission Process -
That's the process i usually do when you commission me. Since a lot of costumers don't have a character design defined, i start designing him before making the illustration.
1. Research
At the start of the process, i'll organize the references that you gave to me, and do some researches, in order to find other good references to make your design and final product interesting
2. Concept Art
After this, i'll give you 3 black and white concept arts of the character, his weapons, and other details he might have, in order to have all the informations setted before starting the illustration
3. Colors
Now i'll pick the concept that you prefered, and test some interesting color palletes that might be good with it.
4. Thumbnails
I'll give you at least 3 sketches showing poses, background and composition ideas for your illustration, looking for the best possible storytelling ideas to show who your character is.
(Not gonna lie, this example isn't the prettiest one, lol. I swear that my thumbnails are better now)
5. Sketch
Now the complete drawing will be made, taking account perspective, the background, character details, and etc. After this, you'll have a first true glance of the final product.
6. Color Thumbnails
This time, we're gonna try to see what colors and moods will look good with the scene proposed.
7. Painting
At this point i'll start painting the illustration itself!
8. Finishing
At this point, the illustration is almost over, and i'll just put some minor details, and edits, to make it look as good as possible, before send it to your email!After all this process, you'll have these images: 3 Black and White concept arts, Some Color variations, Final Concept art, all Thumbnails and the Final Illustration
Character Sheet Process
The Character Sheet process is almost identical to this one, the unique differences being that after the Design is colored and decided (Step 3), i'm going to put them in the character sheet and refine it!
After all this process, you'll have these images: 3 Black and White concept arts, some Color variations and Final Character Sheet.
Extra Infos
We're just gonna start the next phase when you confirm that you're good with the decisions made! That's a good way to make sure you're going to get what you want!Remember that you'll be able to ask as many changes as you want if we're at this respective Step (You can ask for any design changes during the Step 2, but not during the painting of the illustration). Of course, i can always do some tweaks if is a details that really bothers you. Don't worry too much, all i want is that you can have your character made as close as possible to your imagination! :)

Possible Fees
Specific Background: $50 - $150
Additional character: 70% of the payment per new character
Complicated design: 30% - 70% of the payment
Extra outfit: 10% - 50% (depends on the complexity)
